I don&#39;t guarantee it will work with any other themes.</p> <p>Plugins could also be a problem. You might try disabling all other plugins and see if that does anything. I&#39;ve changed yours to sort by display name. This works because I can moderate the display name of registers. The drawback is display name sorts by first letter, which would be the first name. The problem with the display name is that the user can set it to whatever they want. It can be their full name or in most cases, their username. So its totally different than sorting by name.</p> <p>Also, another reason not to sort by last name, is that First and Last name are not required during registration. Not all users have entered first and last names.
